FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: claimed windmill consists of a pipe, a ring, supports, a yoke, all being interconnected and coupled with the windmill body, a bed, a circular flute, rests, wheels with an antifriction bearing and stiffness elements. Note here that the bed with the wheel mounted thereat is secured to the pipe. The circular flute is secured to the rests secured to the windmill tower. The windmill is turned at the wind direction change by either a feathering propeller or an electromechanical device in response to the wind direction transducer reading.

EFFECT: decreased noise level, upgrading of power efficiency and energy.
