FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in oil producing industry at operation of marginal wells with complicated characteristics of oil formation. Electric and hydraulic driven submersible plant contains submersible motor with protector articulated with driven pump. Comprises plunger working pump, oil tank, oil volume expansion compensator, piston hydraulic compensator and hydraulic engine with pistons connected with plungers of working pump. Piston underside cavities of hydraulic motor are connected to suction and pressure lines of drive pump via hydraulic control valve. Head ends are hydraulically connected with below-piston cavity of hydraulic compensator through orifices, above-piston cavity of which is hydraulically connected by means of check valves to output of plunger working pump.

EFFECT: increasing service life of plant.
