FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: installation contains an immersion motor and a power station, which includes at least one drive oil pump, kinematically connected to the motor. Hydraulic actuator comprises two pistons articulated by intermediate rod. End face of every piston is furnished with rod. Hydraulic control valve is communicated with driven pump and hydraulic actuator. The working fluid compensator is installed in the discharge pipe. A pump including housing and valves are arranged outside of each rod. Two chambers between every piston and rod seals make barrier space. Each of the areas is hydraulically interconnected internally and with the compensator of the working fluid through a common channel. The compensator is made in the form of a diaphragm made of an elastomeric material, changing its shape with a pressure difference inside and outside the diaphragm by not more than 0.5 m of the water column. The diameter of the channels between each area of the barrier space and the common channel is such that the oil pressure is higher than the pressure of the pumped liquid on the rod seals by at least 5 m of water column. The intermediate rod is made without channels connecting the areas of the barrier space. In the second version, the groups of channels that perform hydraulic communication between the hydraulic distributor and the hydraulic motor are made inside the hydraulic motor housing.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the plant, period of its operation, reduced cost.
