FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump equipment and can be used in oil producing industry during operation of marginal wells with complicated oil formation characteristics. Pump includes submersible electric motor, drive oil pump, piston working pump consisting of upper guide hollow rod, two pistons rigidly coupled by central hollow rod. Piston working pump is made with upper, lower and central nipples with formation of above piston and below piston areas of upper and lower pistons, filled with formation fluid and made with pressure and connecting channels and connected by hollow rod. Upper piston is connected with hollow plunger, and hydraulic motor rod is connected to working pump lower piston. Hydraulic motor piston cavities are connected with drive pump pressure line via hydraulic control valve. Working pump central nipple is made with suction channels with suction valves installed in them. Working pump lower piston under-piston area and working pump upper piston under-piston area are connected with working pump hollow rod through injection channels and connected to submersible volumetric pump output through hollow plunger. In working pump hollow rod compensation cylinder is installed connecting working pump lower piston above-piston area with working pump upper piston above-piston area via working pump lower and upper pistons connection channels. In each piston pressure channel a pressure valve is installed. In working piston pump central nipple two formation fluid receiving suction channels are made, in each of which suction valve is installed.
EFFECT: improved operational and process characteristics of pump, as well as improved its reliability and safety.
