FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: integral milking system relates to milk tanks, in particular, to devices for primary processing of milk in lines for milking machines. Integral milking complex includes a milking unit, the collector of which, through the milk duct, at the output of which there is installed a filter, is connected with the milk tank, while the milk tank output is connected to a doser. Milk tank has two sections, the upper section is equipped with devices for milk mixing, and the bottom section is intended for reception of averaged, by the amount of fat, milk, and for transfer of it into the doser. Complex has a pasteuriser, which is installed at the doser output, and a heat exchanger for milk cooling, from the output which the ready product is fed into the device for reception and packing of finished product. In the device body there are installed ultraviolet lamps for disinfection of the inner volume of the complex elements.

EFFECT: invention is intended for production of high quality milk with fast packaging into sealed milk packages or milk flasks.
