FIELD: acoustics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to broadband soundproofing, and can be used in all industries as means of protection against noise. Technical result is achieved by fact that in acoustic design of industrial rooms, containing frame of shop, load-bearing walls with enclosures in form of floor and ceiling, which are lined with sound-absorbing structures, window and door openings, as well as custom-made absorbers containing frame in which sound-absorbing material is, and arranged over noisy equipment, floor is made on elastic base and comprises mounting plate made of reinforced vibration damping concrete material that is installed on base plate of inter-floor slab with cavities through layers of vibration damping material and waterproofing material with clearance relative to bearing walls of production room. Single sound dampers are composed of noise killers consisting of case with flap cover, filled with sound absorbing material placed in protective shell, wherein walls of body are formed by sound absorbing structure composed by cylindrical perforated coaxial shells, inner and outer, between which there is sound absorber made at least from one shaped porous sheet. Ceiling is made acoustic suspended consisting of rigid frame suspended to ceiling of production building with located inside frame sound absorbing structure of sound-absorbing material wrapped with acoustic transparent material, wherein perforated sheet is attached to frame, and frame is made in form of rectangular parallelepiped with dimensions of sides in plane a×b, ratio of which is within optimal range of a:b = 1:1…2:1, as well as optimum ratio of dimensions c:d = 0.1…0.5; where d is distance from suspension point of frame to any of its sides; c is thickness of layer of sound-absorbing material, wherein frame elements are attached to each other by means of brackets rigidly connected to rod, to which suspensions are connected. Perforated sheet has following perforation parameters: perforation diameter is 3…7 mm, perforation percentage 10...15 %, wherein lamps are installed in frame. Design of room floor is made in form of floating floor, which provides additional noise insulation of inter floor ceilings and represents layer of sound-insulating gasket material located on ceiling, on top of which is cement-sand brace through metal screen, and on rod is laid substrate made from "porileks" material, then laminate with skirting. At that, laminate floating floor equipment is installed by means of polyurethane elastomer for damping, which is microporous polyurethane elastomers with mixed cellular structure.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of noise suppression.
