SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial acoustics, in particular to broadband noise-control, and can be used in all fields of the national economy as a means of protection from noise. Acoustic design of the workshop with vibroactive equipment, containing the frame of the workshop, carrying walls with fences in the form of floor and ceiling, which are faced with sound-absorbing structures, window and door openings, as well as piece sound absorbers containing a frame, in which the sound-absorbing material is located and installed above the noisy equipment, the floor is made on an elastic base, the floor structure on the elastic base contains a mounting plate made of reinforced concrete vibration-damping material, and between the base slabs of the inter-floor overlap a layer of the vibration damping material is laid, and the cavities of the base plates are staggered and filled with vibrodamping material, while in the cavities of the base plates of the interfloor overlaping vibrodamping inserts, each of which is made in the form of a cylinder of rigid vibrodamping material, inside which an elastic core with disks is axisymmetrically and coaxially located, damping discs are rigidly fixed along the entire length of the cylinder cavity along the axis of the elastic core, while the extreme discs are fixed "flush" with the cylinder of the vibration damping material, its ends, in turn, are located "flush" with the side surfaces of the base plate of the inter-floor, and the interfloor damping discs are located uniformly with a pitch not exceeding the internal diameter of the cylinder, and an elastic core, axisymmetrically and coaxially located inside the cylinder of the vibration damper insert, is made in a combined, the damping disks fixed along the entire length of the elastic core are arranged with alternating rigid and combined damping disks, the combined damping disks consist of an elastic part in the form of oppositely fixed on the elastic core disks of solid vibration damping material in the form of a plastic material, and a damping part made in the form of a disk of a soft vibration damping material, the rigid damping disks being made in the form of a disk perforated frame made of an elastic material filled with a mesh damping element, while in the vibrodamping insert the density of the net structure of the net damping element of the disk perforated frame of the rigid damping disks filled with the mesh damping element is in the optimum range of values: 1.2÷2.0 g/cm3, wire material of elastic mesh elements is steel EI-708, and its diameter is in the optimal range of 0.09÷0.15 mm, while the mesh damping element is filled with an elastomer in the form of polyurethane.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the strength and seismic stability of the building, as well as the effectiveness of noise control.
