SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of biotechnology. Claimed is method for synthesis of panel of multispecific antibodies for therapy, diagnostics or research, wherein performed is reaction of first fragment of antibody, which has first monospecificity, obtained from first initial antibody, and possessing free sulfhydryl group, with thio-reactive crosslinker to obtain group antibody fragment-crosslinker, and wherein performed is reaction of group antibody fragment-crosslinker in pair with each of three or more additional fragments of antibodies, which have different monospecificity, different from first antibody fragment, each of which has free sulfhydryl group, to obtain panel of multispecific antibodies. In addition, claimed is method for synthesis of panel of analogues of antibodies for therapy, diagnostics and research, wherein performed is reaction of first antibody fragment, possessing free sulphide group, with thio-reactive crosslinker to obtain group antibody fragment- crosslinker, and wherein performed is reaction of group antibody fragment-crosslinker in pairs with each of three or more additional fragments of antibodies, each of which has free sulfhydryl group, to obtain panel of analogues of antibodies, where each of antibody fragments is obtained from one and the same initial antibody.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain panels of multispecific antibodies or analogues of antibodies, intended for therapy, diagnostics and research.
