FIELD: ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: test rig for elements of industrial ventilation systems contains a dust chamber, that has a ring clearance of supply air in top part of the dust chamber, cone nozzle installed on the external surface of the exhaust air duct with air intake cowl inside the dust chamber, and regulating unit for air parameters connected through the input signals converters with initial optical sensor of dust concentration, temperature sensor and air relative humidity, secondary optical sensor of dust concentration installed downstream the filtering device in the exhaust duct, and through the output signals converter with the dust supply device, heat-steam generator connected with supply air duct, and rotation frequency converter of fan motor. In the exhaust air duct downstream the optical sensor the analytical filter is installed, then successively filtering device, secondary optical sensor, flowmeter and fan.

EFFECT: unit ensures more objective simulation of the actual operation conditions, and due to this increasing of tests efficiency and accuracy of elements of industrial ventilation systems.
