FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment intended for industrial and manufacturing enterprises, and can be used in painting shops, in the process of painting articles with powder paint. Plant comprises a cyclone, in which its discharge part is connected to a container for recycling powder paint, inlet branch pipe of cyclone is connected to system of exhaust air ducts and exhaust grid located in painting chamber, and exhaust pipe of cyclone is connected to system of exhaust air ducts, cartridge filter with container for recycling powder paint, hydraulic filter, supply and exhaust fan, air speed sensors, air temperature and humidity sensors installed in the supply air duct system, in front of the irrigation chamber, and sensors of flow meter, temperature and humidity of air, installed after air heater and before air distributors.
EFFECT: reduction of energy resources used for plenum ventilation and saving of consumable material - powder paint.
