SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, particularly to animal breeding, specifically to a method of growing young pigs and meat poultry. Method involves introducing triticale as a grain component into a complete feed and feeding it to young stock during whole growing period. In complete feed is added in amount of 0.1 % by weight feed complex enzyme preparation "Natuzim" including amyloglucosidase, hemicellulase, pentosanase, phosphatase, pectinase.

EFFECT: use of invention enables to increase body weight and daily average growth of young stock, digestibility of nutrients, improve quality of meat, reduce costs of feed per unit product and prime cost of growing young pigs and meat poultry.
