FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: claimed oil-transfer machine with gear reciprocating over rack comprises the bed (1), body (2), movable cranes (3, 4), steel rope (5), engine (6), reduction gearbox (8), gear (9) and rack (11). The rack support (12) is secured at the inner sides of housing front (2) to support rack (11). Top and bottom parts of said support (12) are composed by semicircular rails (13) while mid part comprises rail (14) are spaced apart. Tow inner sides of housing (2) are composed of rolling rails for reciprocating device (15). Horizontal levelling wheel (17) and lengthwise levelling wheel (18) engaged with pendulum device (16) via pendulum ring (20) are mounted at each angle of reciprocating device (15). Top part of pendulum device (16) is equipped with reduction gearbox (8) while engine (6) and angular transmission unit (7) are installed at the device two-deck platform (21). Sprocket wheels are arranged at angular transmission unit shaft (7) and reduction gearbox (8). Steel rope extends through the rear part of movable cranes (3, 4) to engage with the counterweight box (24).
