FIELD: waste-free reprocessing of worn tires. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has separating device and gripping unit with clamp reciprocating in vertical and horizontal planes. Cutting units have disks mounted in spaced relation one with respect to the other for rotation in opposite directions. Disks are mounted in horizontal position and provided with cutters disposed on surfaces faced one towards the other, with above mentioned surfaces being provided with slots connected with separating unit. Charging unit has chain conveyor with retaining stops fixed on links. Separating unit has electromagnetic device of intermittent action. Electromagnetic device is connected with accumulator and with vibrating sieve and cleaners through auger conveyor. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 cl, 13 dwg
