SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and specifically to image processing systems. Disclosed is a device for restoring distorted pixel values of images. Device includes an image storage unit, a pixel storage unit, a vocabulary forming unit, a vocabulary storage unit, a processing unit, a priority calculating unit, an adaptive form determination unit, a similarity search unit, a SKO calculating unit, an analysis unit, an image filling unit and a clock pulse generator.
EFFECT: reduced image reconstruction error.
