Proposed device for recovery of two-dimensional signals is based on reconstruction of distorted image pixels. Device includes an image storage unit, pixel storage unit, unit of rotation, dictionary creation unit, directory storage unit, processing unit, unit for calculating priority, adaptive form determination unit, unit for evaluating spatial compliance, first and second units of text analysis unit for estimating compliance histograms, similarity search unit, pixel averaging unit, image filling unit, clock pulse generator.

EFFECT: reduced errors in image reconstruction due to increased accuracy of searching for semantically similar units by considering textural features of images.
