FIELD: chemistry; oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas and chemical industry. Carbon-containing solid or liquid fuel is gasified with oxygen-containing oxidizing agent in reactor (1). Synthesis gas is removed from the reactor (1) through upper part, and formed during reaction mineral drops slag-in direction of gravity down. Gasification is carried out in the reactor (1) at temperature from 800 to 1800°C. Synthesis gas without cooling is directed through filter of hot gas (2) and then for cooling through gas-tube boiler (3). Discarded on filter of hot gas particles of slag (13) is fed back into reactor (1) of gasification in direction of gravity.
EFFECT: invention enables to use for heat removal cheap gas-tube boilers instead of boilers with radiation heating surfaces.
