FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for diagnosing disorders of sexual preference. Invention is implemented as follows. Patient is examined and specific visual stimulation (SVS) test is performed. Before SHS test, collect daily urine of patient, in which is determined daily excretion of adrenaline - SEA1 fluorimetric method, in mcg/day. Further, patient takes SVS test next morning. Immediately after SVS test, patient's daily urine is collected again, in which in same laboratory by same method daily excretion of adrenaline - SEA2 is determined, expressed in same units as SEA1 value. Then diagnostic coefficient K is determined by formula K=SEA2/SEA1. If K > 3 a disorder of sexual preference is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method reduces possibility of errors of expert and thereby increase accuracy and conclusiveness of expert work.
