SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a packing container with an opening and closing cover, which opens and closes when the inner body rises and falls, while the inner body is protected from excessive upward movement of the inner body when a sliding lifting action is performed. In the packing container with the opening and closing cover, a hole is made in a part of rear plate (15) on the side of cover lifting device (23) of inner body (3), with a part corresponding to the edge of device (23) for cover lifting. Retainer (30) is formed in a part of a cutout hole, with the edge of the upper end of the retainer being the edge of the cutout hole which is located in the lowest lowering position (29) of the device for fixation of the outer body and which is located lower than the highest position of device (25) for fixation of the inner body. Retainer (30) approaches the device for outer body fixation, when inner body (3) moves upwards. Device for fixation of outer body contains at least a part of the corresponding retainer part, which is in contact with the cutout edge being retainer (30) so that the device for fixation of inner body, which moves downwards relative to upward movement of the inner body, is forced to stay in contact with the part which is the lowest position of its lowering.

EFFECT: there is proposed a packing container with an opening and closing cover.
