SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing modified phthalonitriles containing silicone fragments, and binding materials based thereon. Disclosed is an organosilicon fragment-modified phthalonitrile monomer of general formula I, where X is a divalent aromatic radical selected from a group comprising and Y - silicone fragment selected from a group comprising -SiR1R2 and SiR1R2-O-SiR1R2, where R1 and R2 - radicals selected from a group comprising CH3, C6H5, and HC=CH2. Also disclosed is a method of producing disclosed phthalonitrile monomer, binder based thereon and prepreg.

EFFECT: disclosed phthalonitrile combines properties of traditional types of phthalonitriles - high heat resistance - with advantages of organosilicon polymers having good solubility, preservation of heat resistance, low glass transition temperature providing aggregative state at room temperature in form of viscous liquid or semisolid substances.
