ELECTRIC MACHINE ROTOR Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC H02K1/27

Abstract RU 2580931 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, particularly to electric machine-building, and can be used in designing of electric generators and motors with high frequency of rotation. Electric machine rotor comprises a hollow shaft of non-magnetic material and put on it a magnetic inductor of cylindrical shape, containing permanent magnets, poles of material with high magnetic permeability and non-magnetic metal wedges. Hollow shaft is made of discs of equal resistance with same outer diameter made of nonmagnetic material and rigidly attached by end surfaces to each other. Inductor comprises a magnetic strips, oriented along longitudinal axis of rotor made of permanent magnets, magnetised in tangential direction, with alternating poles, made as a plate. Magnetic plates are fixed by non-magnetic wedges, made in form of grooved plates placed over magnetic plates.

EFFECT: technical result is increased strength of rotor, reduced moment of inertia of rotor, reduced dynamic loads on electrical machine bearings.
