ELECTRIC MACHINE ROTOR Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC H02K1/27

Abstract RU 2580932 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, particularly to electric machine-building, and can be used in designing of electric generators and motors with high frequency of rotation. Electric machine rotor comprises a hollow shaft of non-magnetic material and put on it a magnetic inductor of cylindrical shape, containing permanent magnets with alternating poles of material with high magnetic permeability. Hollow shaft is made of discs of equal resistance with same outer diameter, made from material with high magnetic permeability, rigidly attached by end surfaces to each other. Inductor includes magnetic plates oriented along rotor longitudinal axis, made of permanent magnets magnetised in radial direction, alternating with inserts from nonmagnetic material, made as plates. Poles are composed of grooved plates arranged above magnetic plates.

EFFECT: technical result is high strength of electric machine rotor at high circular velocities, reduced weight, mass moments of inertia of rotor, reduced dynamic loads on bearings of electric machine.
