FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: rotor of the electric machine comprises a hollow shaft of non-magnetic material and a cylindrical flied magnet slipped on it and containing permanent magnets, poles of material with high magnetic inductivity and non-magnetic metal wedges. The field magnet also comprises bars oriented along the rotor longitudinal axis, which are made of permanent magnets forming a magnetic composite bushing. The bars are magnetised so that between radially-magnetised magnets there are tangentially-magnetised magnets thus forming Halbah array. Poles and wedges are made as channelled planks contacting each other by their longitudinal edges. The radially-magnetised magnets are thrusted into inner surfaces of poles faced to them while the tangentially-magnetised magnets are thrusted into inner surfaces of wedges faced to them. Butt ends of the shaft and field magnet are fixed by bottoms of cylindrical end cups made of non-magnetic material. Bottom of one of the cups is fixed rigidly by the gear shaft coaxial to longitudinal axis of the hollow shaft.
EFFECT: higher reliability of the rotor.
