Illumination device has a base element, a first rod-like element, lighting element and base connection element, base connection element comprises a rotary element connected with base portion; base cam attached to rotating element and containing a through-hole of base eccentric, which passes in central part of base eccentric; main shaft located in through-hole of cam capable inclination to rotate in one direction and another direction due to central axis of inclined rotation, orthogonal to direction of first rod-like element, and having a top part, which is connected and attached one end of first rod-like element; and an elastic element, which is provided to change elastic permissible load applied to main shaft, when main shaft is inclined.
