DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SOLUBILISING, SEPARATING, REMOVING AND REACTING CARBOXYLIC ACIDS IN OILS, FATS, AQUEOUS OR ORGANIC SOLUTIONS BY MEANS OF MICRO- OR NANOEMULSIFICATION Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC C07B63/04 A61M1/14 B01D15/00 B01D61/44 B01J19/24 C11B3/04

Abstract RU 2581368 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to improved method of solubilisation and extraction of carboxylic acids using solubilising compound of general formula (I) or (II), in which values for groups X, L, R'', R, R' are given in patent claim, from aqueous or organic solutions, emulsions, suspensions, formed during drug therapy, in analytical methods of medicine, in analytical methods of food industry, in industrial processing of food products, in industrial processing of oils at analyses oils, during industrial processing of fuel, when modifying of chemical or physical and chemical interactions for solubilisation of poorly soluble molecules in analytical methods of pharmaceutical or chemical industry or science, for removal of carboxylic acids from waste water after private, commercial or industrial cleansing, to remove carboxylic acids of bio-reactor processes at organic gelating or nano-emulsification carboxylic acids, wherein the above solubilizing compound contains at least one amidinogroup and/or at least one guanidinogroup and where solubilizing compound has coefficient of separating mixture of n-octanol-water KOW < 6.30, use of above solubilising compound leads to formation of micro-or nano-emulsions of said carboxylic acids and provides their release by complex formation, adsorption, absorption, diffusion, osmosis, dialysis, filtration, nano-filtration, distillation, liquid-liquid extraction or supercritical liquid extraction, by creating concentration gradient, thermal gradient, electric gradient, physical and chemical gradient or combinations thereof. Method involves following steps: i) preparing solution or emulsion or suspension containing carboxylic acid; ii) adding at least, equimolar amounts at least one solubilising compound; iii) separation of solubilised carboxylic acids from solution or emulsion or suspension by phase separation, filtration, nano-filtration, dialysis, absorption, complex formation, electrophoresis, evaporation, distillation and/or extraction. Invention also relates to device for solubilisation and extraction of carboxylic acids as described above.

EFFECT: proposed is improved method of solubilisation and extraction of carboxylic acids.
