SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for processing plant raw materials. Plant raw materials that are subjected to certain technological stages during the method are disintegrated. Plant raw materials are prepared. Raw materials are combined with a disintegrating solution and kept in it until the disintegration is reached. Components of disintegrated raw materials are distributed to obtain solid components and dissolved components of plant raw materials. Solid components are separated from dissolved components of plant raw materials. Separated components of plant raw materials are extracted as a processed fraction by separation of fibers based on cellulose from lignin-enriched shell of solid components of plant raw materials by the eddy current method and obtaining a purified fraction of fibers based on cellulose, as well as lignin-enriched shell. Aggregation/complex-formation of dissolved proteins of dissolved components of plant raw materials is performed, using a complexing agent. Precipitated aggregated/complex-bound condensed proteins are separated to form aggregated/complex-bound protein mass.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions will allow for quality processing of plant raw materials and obtaining a quality final product.
