SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcoholic beverages industry. Special vodka is prepared of white sugar, Juneberry fruit extract, obtained by their extraction with 40-60% water-alcohol solution at temperature of 45-50°C and modulus of 1:5 for 30-40 minutes, and water-alcohol liquid from "Lux" rectified ethyl alcohol and treated drinking water at following ratio of components per 1000 dal of ready product: Juneberry fruit extract obtained by extraction with 40-60% of water-alcohol solution at temperature of 45-50°C and modulus 1:5 for 30-40 minutes 40.0-50.0 l, white sugar 9.0-10.0 kg, water-and-alcohol liquid of "Lux" rectified ethyl alcohol and treated drinking water is balance to 40%.
EFFECT: invention provides improvement of organoleptic indices of vodka, imparting berry bouquet aroma, high stability during storage owing to use of water-alcohol extract, enrichment with complex of biologically active components of natural vegetal raw materials, reduced toxicity of vodka.
