FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: special vodka is prepared by the following method. Aqueous-alcoholic solution is prepared from ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and water up to 40-% strength. It is cleaned by passing through carbon-cleaning batteries. Aromatic alcohols from juniperberry and cedar nuts are produced by distillation of corresponding raw material with aqueous-alcoholic solution of 50-% strength. After cleaning in carbon-cleaning batteries vodka is directed to a finishing tank where aromatic alcohol of juniperberry, 65.8-% sugar syrup and lemon oil preliminarily dissolved (1:100) in ethyl rectified alcohol are also introduced there. Blend is mixed and aged for 40-60 min. Aromatic alcohol of cedar nuts is added at mixing during the period of ageing. The blend is finally mixed, filtered and directed to bottling. The following components are used per 1000 dal of special vodka, l: aromatic alcohol of cedar nuts, 2.8-3.2; aromatic alcohol of juniperberry, 1.4-1.6; alcoholic solution of lemon oil, 0.09-0.15; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 11-12; ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and potable corrected water, up to 40-% blend strength.
