FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, medicine and can be used for workpieces surface dimensionless machining, in particular for cleaning surfaces of small pieces of burrs, scale, moulding sand, corrosion, dirt, etc. Device comprises drum in form of cylinder, frame, electric motors, symmetrically arranged on frame planetary lever mechanisms, having identical geometrical sizes and made up of articulated con-rods, counterweights, drive rods and drive cranks. Cylindrical drum is articulated with help of said mechanisms. One of mechanisms by means of hinge is connected with frame, and other, drive, is kinematically connected with electric motors, which are rigidly installed on frame. Shaft of drive mechanism driving crank is hinged in hollow shaft of drive rod with possibility of versatile rotation. Cylindrical drum is articulated with counterweights with possibility of being installed at angle to cylinder axis and provision of free inertia rotation.
