FIELD: shredding devices.
SUBSTANCE: shredding device is proposed that contains vertically installed working bodies in the form of truncated internal and external counter-rotating cones, each of which is installed on two supports arranged coaxially, a working chamber formed by a gap between the internal and external cones, toothed ribs, an electric engine of the internal cone and a stepper engine of the external cone are located along generatrixes of side surfaces of cones. The stepper engine of the internal cone is kinematically connected through its driving crankshaft, the upper connecting rod and a driven crankshaft to the internal cone, and the stepper engine of the external cone is kinematically connected through its driving crankshaft, the lower connecting rod and a driven crankshaft to the external cone. The gap between the internal and external cones is made with the possibility of adjustment. In the external cone, under a hopper for loading processed material, loading holes are located along its diameter, unloading windows are made in the lower support of the internal cone for the output of processed material. Angles of crossing axes of hinges, driving and driven crankshafts of internal and external cones are made the same, within 20°…40°.
EFFECT: invention provides for the creation of a highly efficient shredding device.
