SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air conditioning. Method consists in that before feeding into room to be serviced, prepared air mixture needed to maintain indoor comfort air environment and set air conditioning mode characteristics of concentration of components and heat and humidity parameters further mixed with fine water spray, with a particle size close to nano-scale, which is created by spraying under process pressure of a certain amount of condensate produced in step of providing a thermal parameter supplied by technological pressure located inside air conditioning or outside atomisation unit, with saturation air mixture spray is adjusted by means of monitoring ozone, such as chemiluminescent analyser ozone, instruction from which is transmitted to actuator of spraying unit.

EFFECT: higher comfort of air medium in room and allowable values of ozone concentration level are provided.
