FIELD: treatment plant.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning apparatus and can be used for collection of various contaminants in private households, public places, at enterprises, as well as for snow removal. Device consists of two containers for garbage collection: preliminary collector and collector installed on carriage. On cover of preliminary collector there is an air blowing device, connected by its input with preliminary collector and by output to input collector. In cover of preliminary collector there is a branch connecting a flexible hose with input of preliminary collector. Flexible hose in turn is connected to a funnel. Cover of collector is simultaneously a filter for air passing through said collector. Collectors are fitted with detachable inserts for collection and subsequent recycling of garbage. Said design allows to use device for said purposes.

EFFECT: equipment meets mobility criteria, small dimensions, versatility and shows high efficacy.
