FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-speed cutting of flat rolled stock. Claimed shears comprises two opposed drums provided with the drive running at the peripheral speed equal to that of rolled stock feed. Every drum has the first revolving part and the second part means for retention of the blade. Radial guide is arranged between said first and second parts. Blade holder is shaped to a rectangular parallelepiped with the cavity to house the first part revolving therein. Note here that the blade holder rests on the first part to slide therein.
EFFECT: enhanced performances.
