Food product is used as synthetic food composition for preventing and reducing hazard, and/or reducing intensity, and/or reducing a rate of manifestation of food allergy and associated with food allergy consequences for health.
EFFECT: food product is used as synthetic food composition for increasing oral tolerance to allergens.
