SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mixture of oligosaccharides, food product containing a mixture of oligosaccharides and to use of a food product. Mixture of oligosaccharides contains lacto-N-neotetraose, 6′sialyllactose and 2′fucosyllactose in equal parts and is used as a prebiotic. Food product is a mixture for infant feeding. Food product is used as synthetic food composition for preventing and reducing hazard, and/or reducing intensity, and/or reducing a rate of manifestation of food allergy and associated with food allergy consequences for health.
EFFECT: food product is used as synthetic food composition for increasing oral tolerance to allergens.
