FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, namely to downhole equipment of well drilling. Volumetric downhole motor comprises body with longitudinal supply channels, shaft installed inside housing with possibility of rotation, having semi-cylindrical sections sliding in contact with housing, and central channel by means of lateral radial hole interconnected with cavity of housing. Longitudinal feed channels are thus being separated extending in housing cavity directed in upper and lower side of inner walls of semi-cylindrical sections. Lateral radial holes pass between semi-cylindrical sections along shaft rotation extending in central channel, where S-shape partition is rigidly fixed, consisting of parts, turned to each other in circle, concave surfaces of which face side radial holes.
EFFECT: provides for growth of torque value on shaft due to complete use of potential energy of flushing fluid.
