FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, in particular to methods for strengthening well bottom zone and preventing removal of rocks. Method of strengthening bottomhole zone includes descent into bottom area of well of column tubing - tubing, serial pumping tubing string in bottom zone of fixing composition and an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid of 12-24 % concentration at maximum flow rate that does not lead to an increase in pressure pumping above allowable pressure on reservoir, located in near-wellbore area, with creation of screen near wellbore. At wellhead tubing string from below upwards is equipped with impulse liquid pulsator, branch pipe with holes tightly covered from inside movable bush with seat on top and a packer, mobile bushing in initial position is fixed relative to movable bush with a shear pin with possibility of restricted axial movement, tubing string is lowered in well so that liquid pulsator is located opposite interval of bottomhole support in well, packer is installed, fixing composition is prepared at wellhead, wherein fixing composition is prepared by mixing ethyl silicate-40, aluminium powder and isopropyl alcohol at following ratio of components, vol%: ethyl silicate-40 88.5-89.5, aluminium powder 0.5-1.5, isopropyl alcohol 10, fixing agent is pumped via tubing string through liquid pulsator in bottomhole zone; after that, pumping to tubing string in volume of 0.2-0.4 m3 flush fluid, represented by fresh water with density of 1,000 kg/m3, then in tubing string is dropped ball on seat of movable bush in tubing above ball is created excess hydraulic pressure and movable bush is displaced downward with opening sleeve orifices and cutting off pulsator rests fluid, pumping of aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid 12-24 % concentration in tubing string through holes of branch pipe to interval of bottomhole support, maintained process pause cured fixing agent and creation of porous screen in bottomhole zone of well, packer is unpacked and tubing string is removed from well.
EFFECT: technical result is improved quality fastening bottomhole zone, reducing length and complexity of implementation of process 2-3 times, preservation of reservoir properties.
