SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filtration. The filtering element (30) comprises the central tube (32 that forms the central tank and includes the inner sidewall, end plate (34) and pool that makes the passage extending from the end plate into the central tank. Said pool comprises the inner and outer walls and several ledges extending from the pool outer wall to inner sidewall of the central tube. Filtering system (1) comprises the tank (20) with open and closed ends, threaded outlet (40) to be screwed in the tank closed end and filtering element (30). Outlet (40) has the closed position whereat the thread engages with the inner wall thread. Seal (39) contacts with the open end of tank (20).
