FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: filter 1 comprises base 10, case 20 attached to base 10 and filtration element 30 with filtration material 31 arranged inside said case 20. As-closed drain tube 40 gets in contact with filtration element 30 to make tight joint therewith. As-opened, drain tube 40 allows fluid to flow out of case 20. Since drain tube 40 gets in contact to form tight joint with as-closed filtration element 30, said tube 40 may not close unless filtration element 30 is fitted inside case 20.

EFFECT: invention rules out use without filtration element.
