FIELD: treatment plant.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for cleaning of basin from spilled oil products. Proposed is boat for emergency operations with tank, pump and motor connected with drum, wherein tank and pump connected with radio-controlled motor are arranged on barge fixed to boat, and film having in upper part bubbles filled with air consisting of sealed material is wound onto drum.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of efficiency of emergency operations boats.
