SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment. Sheets 1 with photocells 2 are inclined to water surface and are attached to longitudinal planks 5. Planks 5 are fixed at the point of inclination by transverse planks 6. Planks 5 are located on air-filled sealed containers 7. On lower sheet 8 there is electric motor 9. Electric motor shaft 10 is connected with propeller 12. When the vessel approaches the solar battery, the operator applies voltage to electric motor 9. Third sheet 1 from shore with photocells 2 comes under the second sheet. Second and third sheets come under the sheet first from the shore. Three sheets with photocells occupy a small area near the shore, freeing passage to the ship.

EFFECT: proposed solar cell will make it possible to produce electric power without large expenditures on a small island.
