FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology, orthopaedics and vertebrology and can be applied for surgical management of severe scoliosis. Hooks units of bilamellate endo-corrector are attached under vertebral arches, starting from breast to lumbar spine, at ends of deformation are two pairs of hooks running on adjacent vertebrae, and next hooks are installed through one vertebra. After fixation hooks endo-corrector plates are shaped and dynamic retainers to threaded posts of endo-corrector at various levels of deformation are installed, except apical vertebra, which is stably fixed to plate. After tightening of endo-corrector structure in its bed drains are installed and wound is closed in layers. After termination of spinal growth skin is incised at old scar and dismantling of bilamellate endo-corrector, removal of articular processes of the cartilage layer, decortication semi-arches, articular and transverse processes of vertebra is performed. Double-bar endo-corrector with transpedicular fixation of spine is installed. Autogenous auto bone chipping produced at decortication is laid in endo-corrector bed. Drains are set and wound is closed in layers.

EFFECT: method enables reducing inconvenience for patients, reducing violation of static and dynamic characteristics of spinal column.
