SUBSTANCE: laser surgical system consists of apparatus on CO₂ laser with pilot beam guidance of video surveillance device, a surgical site, matching device of laser beams with a device for video surveillance and scanning system, matched with optical output of device on CO₂ laser and optical input of matching device. Video surveillance device is equipped with a digital video camera and a personal computer, digital video camera is matched with optical axis of device for video surveillance and is connected to input of personal computer, personal computer has software for video capturing of beam on a surgical field, displaying path of beam during its movement along outline of operated area and forming beam scanning path of CO₂ laser inside outlined section.

EFFECT: evaporation of living tissue provides controlled evaporation of biotissue inside contour of an arbitrary shape, increases accuracy of laser exposure of biological tissue, and reduces risk of error due to human factor.
