FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has surgical COCO2-laser producing continuous beam, manipulator unit, scanning unit with control unit mounted on the manipulator end and lens focusing radiation on biological tissue. Scanning unit has two optical wedges having different wedging properties. The wedges are glued into gears making engagement with double gear fixed on electromotor shaft by means of nut. It enables wedges to rotate at different angular speeds relative to each other. The wedges scan the coming laser beam in this way on helical surface. EFFECT: simplified structure; uniform tissue irradiation. 4 dwg
