FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. System contains femtosecond laser, system of radiation delivery, scanning module for movement of focal point in accordance with selected algorithm, focusing system, whose optic elements have definite size, whose projection onto operation plane has boundaries, control system. Permitted focal points of focusing system are located beyond projection of system optic elements onto operation plane, are located at the distance from projection boundary equal to at least two sizes of focal spot and are available for observation during operation.
EFFECT: application of claimed system will make it possible to realise direct observation of operation field.
