FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of biochemistry, in particular to transgenic plant, which has stability to corn rootworm (Diabrotica spp.), containing DNA, coding protein Cry34Ab, DNA, coding protein Cry35Ab, and DNA, coding protein Cry6Aa, its seed and cell, as well as to method of slowing development of resistance to proteins Cry34Ab, Cry35Ab and Cry6Aa of corn rootworm with its application. Also disclosed is multitude of plants in field, which contain multitude of said transgenic plants and plants, which do not contain proteins Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) (non-Bt plants), and mixture of seeds, which contains seeds from non-Bt plants and multitude of said seeds. The invention also relates to method for control of corn rootworm by bringing said insect in contact with protein Cry34Ab, protein Cry35Ab and protein Cry6Aa.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to control corn rootworm in efficient way.
