FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device and method of its use for spraying of fluid and gas flows and can be used in catalytic cracking with fluidised bed. Fluid stock spraying nozzle tip extending into the area with fluidised particles comprises the first and second long grooves. The second long groove intersects the first long groove at the angle of 45 to 135 degrees between the main axes of the first and second grooves and nearby the segment. The first long groove main axis is divided into approximately equal parts. Said first and second long grooves make the only hole. The first groove comprises the elements extending along each of two opposite sides parallel with the first groove main axis from each side of the first groove divided by the second long groove. Claimed process comprises the forcing of fluid stock into the nozzle with tip. The nozzle is communicated with the inside of said area.
EFFECT: decreased erosion caused by circulating fluidised particles, longer life.
