SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluidised catalytic cracking device and method. Reactor and method for fluidized catalytic cracking (FCC) of hydrocarbon material in riser, wherein the method includes injecting the hydrocarbon material into the evaporation zone of the riser, injecting a first catalyst into the evaporation zone, wherein the first catalyst is mixed with the hydrocarbon feedstock to form a stream of hydrocarbons in the evaporation zone, and wherein the temperature in the evaporation zone is less than 625 °C, and passing the hydrocarbon stream from the evaporation zone to the cracking zone of the riser to form a cracking product in the cracking zone.
EFFECT: creation of a device and a corresponding method, in which evaporation of raw materials and mixing of raw materials and catalyst are allocated for a specific area in a riser for FCC, and in which the catalyst is injected at several injection points along the length of the FCC riser.
