FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: there are described cracking compositions with a fluid catalytic (FCC), methods of production and their use. Catalytic composition of cracking with a fluid catalytic (FCC) for cracking hydrocarbons includes a non-zeolite matrix component, boron oxide, an impregnating matrix, and cracking particles, where the non-zeolite matrix component includes aluminosilicate and cracking particles include a zeolite and a non-zeolite component. Catalystic composition of FCC reduces production of coke and hydrogen during cracking of metal-containing FCC material, in comparison with catalytic composition of FCC without boron oxide impregnating non-zeolite matrix and cracking particles, which include zeolite and non-zeolite component. Boron oxide is passivating FCC feedstock with high metal content during FCC.
EFFECT: fluid catalytic compositions can be used for cracking of hydrocarbon material, especially raw residues of vacuum distillation, containing high levels of V and Ni, which leads to lower output of hydrogen and coke.
