FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: resilient element comprises two symmetrically disk-shaped elastic elements arranged relative to separating disk. Each resilient element comprises dished surface in the form of a truncated cone, the said surface is provided with three through grooves forming two truncated conical surfaces connected by three fins which are directed along the generating lines of the conical surface. Damping cylinders made from cast polyurethane are fixed in the central part of the separating disk and enter the holes at the truncated conical surfaces' vertices with a gap. Damping cylinders are interconnected by a resilient insert consisting of an axis and thrust disks. Resilient insert axis passes through the holes in the separating disk and damping cylinders. Thrust disks of the resilient insert provide for the connection of the upper and lower damping cylinders with the separating disk and fixation of the resilient disk-shaped elements in respect to the separating disk. Thrust discs are made from rigid vibration damping material, and axis of resilient insert is made combined, consisting of rigid core with coating from polyurethane.
EFFECT: improved efficiency in resonant mode of vibration isolation.
