FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Disk-shaped resilient element comprises two disk-shaped resilient elements set symmetrically to a separating disk. Each resilient element comprises disk-shaped surface in the form of a truncated cone, the said surface is provided with three through grooves forming two truncated conical surfaces, connected by three fins which are directed along the generating lines of the conical surface. Damping cylinders made from cast polyurethane are fixed in the central part of the separating disk and enter the holes at the truncated conical surfaces' vertices with a gap. Damping cylinders are interconnected by a resilient insert, consisting of an axis and thrust disks. Resilient insert axis passes through the holes in the separating disk and damping cylinders. Reinforced vibration impact protection elements in the form of compression springs are placed in three through grooves perpendicular to the separating disk. Thrust disks are made from rigid vibration damping material. Axis of the resilient insert is combined, consisting of a rigid core with the polyurethane coating.
EFFECT: improved efficiency in resonant mode of vibration isolation.
