FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for determination of parameters of rotary motion. Sensor parameters device of examined object motion comprises primary inductance coil, wherein main coil is flat and/or spatial-screw in form of multi-turn spiral, it either has fasteners and/or assemblies for rigid attachment to said object or to housing, or to base, or other structural element of sensor, rigidly attached to it, which is rigidly attached to object or rigidly attached at least to one of said structural elements, or is equal to at least one such element integral, and corresponding element in this case is part of said device, wherein main coil is made of material containing free charge carriers, while main coil axis passing through its centre and perpendicular to plane of coil, if it is flat, or coinciding with its axis, if it spatial, and is axis relative to which said parameters is treated with main coil is made with possibility of its closure or measuring electric circuit or by electric circuit closing, measuring electric circuit is connected to circuit or its fragment, or to its element or main coil has core, on which there is at least one additional coil that is connected with measuring electric circuit, while main coil is closed to itself by products of material containing free charge carriers, or by means of electric circuit closure.
EFFECT: technical result is increased reliability of accelerometers.
